HRDept was created with the goal of connecting considerate employers with job seekers, enabling them to find suitable matches and potential collaborations in the near future at the companies where the employers work.
Currently, employers have to pay a lot of money to view a candidate's profile, and they are not even sure if the information they receive is still viable for recruitment.
HRDept ensures that candidates feel secure, knowing that only considerate companies that fulfill their responsibilities to invited candidates are on the platform. HRDept also facilitates the payment process for candidates in the recruitment process, saving employers time.
Each candidate profile has a price range based on the competency level of the profile. Employers can see the cost of each coffee meeting in the top right corner of each candidate's profile.
Press the "Let's Coffee & Talk" button to have the candidate confirm their contact information.
Once the employer receives the contact information, they can call and schedule an interview directly on the HRDept.vn platform.
After completing the interview, the employer confirms that the interview took place. The system will immediately record the transaction and transfer the equivalent coffee fee, as set in the profile, to the candidate who attended the interview.
Note: The coffee invitation payment for candidates is only covered by the employer for the first interview. For subsequent interviews with the same candidate (second round and beyond), the employer will no longer support this cost. This is considered reasonable and fair for both parties: the employer and the candidate.
